Not sure if this matters to anyone but me, but I just found out that Dark Matter Heart is currently ranked at #94 in its bestseller category in Amazon. (1 place higher than Vampire Diaries!) Woohoo!

Here’s a little peek behind the curtain. 

From out of Chaos: Dark Matter Hear Book 2 (out January 17th) is the first sequel that I’ve written so I went back through Dark Matter Heart and created cards for each of the characters, locations and props. In doing so I found some minor characters, locations and props that I really liked but didn’t develop in the first book. Now I can take them, without having to constantly flip through DMH, and give them bigger roles in the future books. When it’s time to write the 3rd book I’ll do this again.

It also helps to keep track of who is who and what their relationship is to other characters.  

WOW! What a great way to start 2012! Dark Matter Heart was downloaded 1080 times for the Kindle over the past 2 days. It was also downloaded about 150 times in the UK Kindle store and a couple times in France as well as Italy. 

I promised to release the cover for FROM OUT OF CHAOS, Book 2 in the Dark Matter Heart series if we surpassed 1,000 downloads so it is now posted in the photo album on the Dark Matter Heart Facebook page. I hope you like it. 

I hope we get some new fans from all of those downloads and I look forward to the reviews popping up on Amazon and around the web. I couldn’t have had this kind of success without the great support from sites like Alchemy of Annes Anomalies Paranormal Book Club and Paranormal Reads and of course my family and friends that helped spread the word. So I thank you all very much.
